Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect your email and your pet photos, use them only to run the club and make your portraits, never sell your data, and delete it on request.

What we collect

Your email address, the pet photos you upload, the portraits we create, and basic payment status from Stripe (we never see or store your card number — Stripe handles that).

How we use it

To create and deliver your monthly portraits, to run your membership and gallery, and to email you about your account and new portraits. That's it.

If you try a free portrait and choose to leave your email for our monthly new-styles note, we use it only for that one email a month — unsubscribe anytime with one click or by replying, and we'll delete it on request.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the club work: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database & storage), our AI image provider (to generate portraits from your photos), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your pet photos

Reference photos are stored privately and used solely to generate your portraits. They're never public and never shared beyond the providers above.

Keeping & deleting

We keep your data while you're a member. Email hello@monocledmenagerie.com anytime to access or permanently delete your account, photos, and portraits.
